Take Grand Central Parkway West to Brooklyn/Queens Expressway West.
Follow Brooklyn/Queens Expressway West to the Long Island Expressway West.
Take the Long Island Expressway to Midtown Tunnel.
From Midtown Tunnel take the 34th Street exit.
Make a right onto 3rd Avenue.
Continue to 39th Street and make a left.
Murray Hill East Suites is located on the right-hand side.
From JFK International Airport:
Start out going North on 134th Street toward South Conduit Ave/NY-27 East/South Conduit Boulevard.
Turn right onto South Conduit Ave.
Continue on road and make slight turn right onto ramp.
Turn left onto 150th Street.
Turn left onto North Conduit Ave/NY-27 West.
Merge onto Van Wyck Expressway/Interstate 678 North via the ramp on the left.
Merge onto Interstate 495 West via Exit 12B (portions toll).
Keep right at the fork in the ramp.
